The collaboration between the Museum and photographer Giampietro Mattolin and journalist Pietro Verni, which began in January 2013 with the presentation of a book entitled “Lung Ta Universi Tibetani – Tibetan Universes”, continues in 2014. The exhibition will aim to be an introduction to the complex world of Buddhist culture seen through oneof its most symbolic aspects: the ritual dances executed in Tibetan Buddhist monasteries in the Himalaya. The exhibition is divided into chapters which, through a series of images and texts, depict the eight main themes set out by the authors: the dance of the mind; the description of a Cham; where, when and why; the dancers; the costumes and masks; the characters; the music and orchestra of the monastery;the public at these ritual dances
