The project represents the present and the past of the architecture of Moscow, offering on the one hand its individual identity, on the other hand clearly tracing the development of its trajectory. While the appearance of the cities of the 20th century was basically determined by that of their buildings, today the exceptional urban is based on the "connective tissue" of its public spaces, which have become equally important from the point of view of the 'identity of the metropolis contemporary. For this reason, the actuality of the Russian capital is represented by the project for a new cultural center of the city park Zaryadye Park and a fragment size of this public space.
