Inside Eataly, in the Lingotto area, you can also sample Piedmont traditional cooking thanks to this restaurant (one Michelin star), run by the Vicina family, of Canavese origins. The modern and refined setting is the perfect background for dishes like hand-made Piedmont Eporedia ravioli with meat gravy or yet again Canavese-style raw meat salad with anchovy breadsticks. The wine selection is extremely wide (also thanks to the immense wine list of Eataly). At dinner you can choose from different fixed menus (tasting, Canavese-style, gastronomic, from 65 to 110 euros), or have à la carte dinner. Open also at lunch.
