If you are on a quest for the Savoy Turin, not only for its flavours, this is the right place for you – the setting of Vintage 1997, all wooden panels and velvets, is almost a leap to the past. The menu includes the Piedmont traditional cooking (made lighter) with room for fish dishes and forays into other regions, starting with a nutritious dish of raw fish, then egg tajarin (tagliolini) with mountain butter and parmesan cheese and finally scottona beef rib with coarse salt and rosemary. There are also fixed menus, with three offerings from 40 euros to 75 euros. Extensive wine list, as is fit for a Michelin starred restaurant.
