DESCRIZIONE:
It was erected in 1711 on a location which used to be occupied by "trincotto", the building destined to play real tennis, to parties and shows, and was restructured several times, first by Benedetto Alfieri in 1753 and then again, after the 1786 fire, by Giovanni Battista Feroggio. The theatre, featuring a splendid ceiling frescoed by Francesco Gonin (1845), was returned to its original majesty after the very recent restoration.
