The Gemeentemuseum Den Haag (The Hague Municipal Museum) is an authority in the field of art and fashion. The museum hosts the most important collection of works by Mondriaan, including the famous Victory Boogie Woogie. Pablo Picasso, Theo van Doesburg, Bart van der Leck, Charley Toorop and Francis Bacon works are also housed in the museum.
The beautiful Art Deco building designed by Dutch architect Berlage, home of the Gemeentemuseum since 1935, when it was completed, is as spectacular as the collection it contains.
