DESCRIZIONE:
It is named after the family that lived in it for approximately two centuries, between the end of the Sixteenth century and the end of the Eighteenth century and which expanded it to its present state. The building shows stylistic touches of three distinct epochs: byzantine, gothic and that of the sixteen-hundreds. It also has a breath-taking italian-style garden, embellished with statues and a large fountain with a terrace overlooking the Grand Canal. Giacomo Casanova, born in a neighboring building, spent a great deal of time in the building from 1740 onwards.
