Spazio Aereo Cultural Association in collaboration with Fondazione Bevilacqua La Masa presents the second edition of FormAzioni, a series of events with the musician and artist Roberto Paci Dalò scheduled from Monday 10 to Monday, November 17th between the spaces of Palazzetto Tito (Bevilacqua La Masa) and the seat of Spazio Aereo within the Science and Technology Park VEGA.
It will mark the beginning of the residence of Roberto Paci Dalò in Venice, Monday, November 10 at 18:00, the opening of the installation Ye Shanghai, followed by a workshop entitled Sonic Tailors, during which the artist will be invited to talk to the local audience through a site-specific work on the archives of the Institute for the History of Venetian Resistance and Contemporary Society (IVESER).
The program will culminate with two unmissable live performance of Ye Shanghai Tailors and Sonic and DJ sets Ghighi Di Paola / Pine Saul (Beats Radiotre RAI) Friday, November 14, at 21.30, at SpazioAereo.
Training and a series of meetings, workshops and performances dedicated to the boundaries of sound material and its research practices that will continue in November and December, with two more events dedicated to Alvin Curran and Stephen Zorzanello.

Presentation of the (CD / LP / multiple) Ye Shanghai from Marsèll published and distributed by SoundOhm.
Conversation Between Roberto Paci Dalò, Francesca Girelli (Arthub) and Mirko Rizzi (Marsèll). Ye Shanghai has audio-video installation based on various aspects of life in Shanghai before 1949. At the center of this work is the story of the Shanghai ghetto, an area occupied by the Japanese in the Hongkou district that housed some 23,000 Jewish refugees after they fled from 'Europe occupied by the Germans before and during World War II. The work is based on audio and film material of the years between 1933 and 1949 and the images come from a background of the BFI London found by the artist. Founded in Shanghai in 2012 to SH Contemporary commissioned by Massimo Torrigiani, the work has been produced by Davide Quadrio and Francesca Girelli (Arthub) and has been presented also in Brussels, Barcelona and Vienna, and will soon be in New York.
Arena will be on display at Titus also unusual visual materials in a production designed specifically for the site.

The workshop aims to work with a team, which takes the form of a band, dedicated to the exploration and manipulation of the sound material Venetian Institute for the History of the Resistance and Contemporary Society (IVESER) to produce a 'contemporary work. Led by Roberto Paci Dalò, Sonic Tailors redesign and "repackage" a portion of the historical memory of this first Venetian archives, creating a shared database for an audio performance that involves all participants.
