Historic and refined restaurant, established in 1638 and located in a symbolic place of the city, Saint Mark’s Square. Its view of the square makes dinner and aperitif time very evocative, on the notes of a live orchestra and of the tolls of the Campanile’s bells. The restaurant menu hosts Venetian tradition interpreted by great chefs, engaged in exclusive specialities such as the old recipe of oven-baked ice cream, much loved by the clientele: amaretto and almonds mousse, with a browned meringue.
