Villa Jolanda is a duplex surrounded by a large garden. It is located between via Mocenigo and via Dardanelli, previously known as via Della Bissa, a street commissioned by Niccolò Spada to start the urbanization of this side of Lido.
Its eclectic style distinguishes it from all the other buildings of the island, with its crenelated wooden eaves, artificial stone friezes with floral patterns and refined tab stringcourse.
In a period picture, published by "Il Lido illustrato”, the residence is called Villa Jankoumir, and this name is still visible in the marble plate at the entrance. The image is accompanied by the ad: Available for rent, furnished (for 12 people), light, radiator.
