Opened in 1915 by Bavarian master Gustavo Pfatisch (born in Fossano, province of Cuneo), this pastry shop is still one of the reference shops of Turin gourmands – its products include cakes (like the incomparable “Festivo”, a triumph of meringues and chocolate), fresh and dry pastry, chocolates, spreadable creams (try “crema aurea”), marron glacé (hand-candied) and an outstanding selection of savoury items (from beignets to cream horns with liver pâté and fondue).
