Uncompromising care and attention is paid to the selection of grapes by the Ballaminut family, leading to the production of a wine that is a genuine product, produced with the utmost respect for nature. In the cellar, visitors can purchase a range of wines including a delicious sparkling Brut Chardonnay, suitable for hors d'oeuvres and aperitifs; Malvasia, fruity and pale yellow; San Martino, a white wine aged in wooden casks; a delicate Sauvignon; a fragrant Chardonnay; the intense Friulano; San Martino Rosso, excellent with roasts; the robust Merlot; the Refosco, pleasantly bitter; and the original Cabernet Franc with its characteristic aroma of freshly cut grass. Visitors can also take a break to enjoy the local cuisine. Picnic baskets are also offered with products of the farm (bread, cold cuts, cheese and wine) for lunch among the vines.
