Church of Tor Tre Teste
This is the parish of “Dives in Misericordia”, better known by the name of the neighborhood in which it is located. It was built between 1998 and 2003,  designed by architect Richard Meier as part of the project “50 Churches for Rome 2000”, an initiative of the last Jubilee. The objective of the project was to give new life to a neighborhood on the outskirts of the city by making ita destination for the faithful and tourists as well. The most outstanding element of the structure are the three sails of polished cement which symbolize the Trinity, earning it the nickname of “the Church with Sails”.
