Sanctuary of Consolata
The sanctuary was erected by Guarino Guarini the duchess Marie Jean-Baptiste of Savoy-Nemours in 1678 incorporating the old Romanesque church of Sant'Andrea, already documented in the X century.
Of the old building the bell tower, built by monk Bruningo in the XI century and decorated with three-light windows and the underground chapel of Madonna delle Grazie remain. Between 1714 and 1729 Filippo Juvarra rebuilt the chancel and the sumptuous altar, while the current facade with a neoclassical pronaos dates back to 1860.
