Risen from the ruins of the Fabbrica of the same name (former clock factory, during the Second World War it was turned into a bunker where bomb fuses were stored), the Junghans Theatre is today a source of new talents, place of training, studying and experimentation. The triangular-shaped stage can easily accommodate what would be scattered around in a large theatre. The small stalls area of 150 seats predisposes the audience to the intimacy of the performance; its apsis and stepped shape also favours symposiums and university lectures. The four rehearsal rooms are ideal for workshops, seminars, courses, conferences, screenings and exhibits. The Theatre is the seat of the Accademia Teatrale Veneta (Veneto Theatre Academy).
