Open since 1973, it is characterized by a traditional Venetian cuisine, featuring a majority of seafood, offering fish and shellfish from the Adriatic sea according to the recipes bequeathed by the Venice of centuries past, but also by a refined interpretation of Veneto and Italian cuisine which combines the use of local meats and vegetables with the influence of the art of international gastronomy. The restaurant is arranged in two adjoining rooms, one features a rustic-elegant setting, the other one is a duplicate Orient Express, whose luxury furnishings faithfully reproduce the setting and intimate and cosy atmosphere of the restaurant car of the famous train connecting Venice to Istanbul and Paris.
