The Gallery A plus A is dedicated to curatorial experimentation with the aim of promoting Italian and international artists, following them in the production process of exhibitions and innovative projects.
The gallery works closely with the School for Curatorial Studies Venice, with which it shares conceptual and aesthetic values. The mission is to create projects in collaboration with artists or curators who interact dynamically with the nature of the space that hosts them through a research path.
The Gallery A plus A of Venice, in the last three years has developed projects with a strong curatorial connotation, in which often events of a relational nature have created an unusual and stimulating mix between art and the public.
Creating situations and environments where art takes shape, as in a laboratory, through dialogue and new experiences, are characteristics that are well combined with the School for Curatorial Studies Venice that since 2004 operates in concert with the activities of the Gallery.
