The decoration of the presbytery comprises three extraordinary paintings by Veronese: the two large paintings at the sides, which complete the stories of Saint Sebastian, and the altarpiece commissioned by the Corner family. Aside from Sebastian, the saints shown are those from whom the family members take their names: Catherine, John, Francis and Peter.
