The numerous burials that the church houses make it the pantheon of doges. Andrea Vendramin’s grave, on the left wall of the chancel, is one of the best examples of XV-century funerary monuments, with the doge on a porphyry bed "protected" by two warriors and accompanied by the Virtues. Originally the monument was located in the Servants Church.
