For the 30th anniversary year of Galleria Continua, we are proud to present and open a new space in Rome. From 24 January 2020, the space will be open to the public with a rich and varied program that includes not only exhibitions but talks, meetings, educational visits, workshops and guided visits for schools, echoing Mario Cristiani, Lorenzo Fiaschi and Maurizio Rigillo’s goal of educating about art with art.
The Galleria Continua space opens with José Yaque, whose artistic practice expresses itself through painting and installation. For this occasion, he has created a series of new works, tangible and vibrant, working on canvas exclusively with his hands to mix colors, spreading them to create a magma-like surface.
