DESCRIZIONE:
The painter, student of Piazzetta, created the altar piece which was originally placed on the main altar. It depicts the legendary foundation of the church with the apparition of the Virgin to Saint Magnus added to the personifications of Venice and Saint Mark, the patron saint of the city.
