If Turin is the city where chocolate is used in many different guises, Guido Gobino maybe represents the most fashionable and ground-breaking side of it. One of his most famous products is undoubtedly Tourinot, i.e. the mini version of gianduiotto chocolate (it weights five grams, compared to the ten grams of the classic gianduiotto, but it is twice as tasty). Both in the via Cagliari 15/B laboratory, in the Regio Parco district, and in the elegant boutique of via Lagrange (right in the city centre, with annexed café) you would be spoilt for choice, with cremino chocolate (hazelnut cream chocolates with sea salt are amazing), milk and dark chocolate wafers, wonderful filled ganaches, chocolate-covered hazelnuts and very tasty spreadable creams.
