This confectionery does not go unnoticed, with its sparkling window crammed with any type of delicacies, directly overlooking piazza San Carlo. But when you cross the threshold, it almost feels like a leap back in time – a very elegant shop, full of mirrors and wooden panels, located inside the XVII-century Palazzo Solaro del Borgo. In its glass vases, covering an entire wall, you will get a glimpse of sugared almonds of all colours, candies of any shape and dimension, chocolates and marron glacé, a rainbow of sugar that makes you drool. Its specialties include crystallized flowers, violets, mimosa, roses and mint leaves.
