Opposite Porte Palatine and within a stone’s throw from Duomo, this hotel really enjoys a strategic position, ideal if you wish to be close to the city centre and simultaneously enjoy the lively air of the Porta Palazzo market and the Quadrilatero Romano. The hotel can still create a sort of barrier from the outside, turning into a peaceful shelter – the setting is minimalist, elegant. So are the rooms (125), where natural hues of wood and fabrics in neutral colours dominate. The restaurant (open at lunch and dinner), overlooking a nice courtyard, is outstanding. Double rooms go from 145 euros, including breakfast.
