This is one of the oldest and richest museums of its kind founded by Charles Emmanuel III who in 1731 commissioned the Royal Arsenal for artillery trainees of the House of Savoy. Its entrance is through the fortified tower of the destroyed military citadel, where the Monument to PietroMicca by Giuseppe Cassano (1863) is located. It preserves relics from the Neolithic period to the Second world war, with especially important sets of cold weapons and fire arms, portable weapons, uniforms and military equipment.
