On the altar of the Da Mula chapel, now a sacristy, is the splendid triptych by Antonio Vivarini, a work showing the distinct characteristics of the late Gothic period. Beneath it lay what was thought to be the body of Luke the Evangelist, but is actually the Blessed Luke, a monk from the east.
