Black Magic is a 1935 work by René Magritte. It is one of the best known paintings of the Belgian surrealist artist. The subject is captivating, a woman is leaning against a block of stone. His body is divided between earth and sky, a metaphor that for Magritte represents the condition of humanity.

The woman portrayed in the oil painting is Magritte's model and muse, Georgette Berger.
